Mindfulness courses, online and in the Lake District I am a qualified and experienced mindfulness teacher with a passion for the outdoors and fostering a healthy body and healthy mind. Whilst I am based in Kendal, Cumbria, as well as in-person sessions, I offer online services across the UK and internationally. I have access to a fabulous and unique retreat centre in Rydal in the heart of the Lake District which can be used as a day or a residential base. I offer 1-2-1 and group mindfulness sessions, both on and offline and individual or group Mindfulness in Nature sessions I also offer relaxing massage and am qualified in Swedish Body, Indian Head and Reflexology which clients find both soothing and calming. I am a qualified Neurolinguistic Master Practitioner and Life Coach and I can bring these techniques into our sessions. Wherever you are on your journey into mindfulness, I am here to support you with a sensitive, empathetic ear and guide you to getting the most of your mindfulness experience and therefore also your life as a whole. 1-2-1 and private courses can be arranged to fit around you at any time of the year. My 8-week Introduction to Mindfulness course runs 4 times a year, both online and in Kendal.
